BEC is calling on seasoned engineers from all fields and organizations to join our 2025 Flagship Mentorship Program as mentors.
Here’s how it works:
✅ MentorConnect Events (6 PM - 8 PM):

✅ 4.5-Month Mentorship Commitment:
After each MentorConnect event, mentors will have the opportunity to select mentees to work with over a structured 4.5-month period.
🌐 Special In-Person Event:
During National Engineering Week, we’ll host an in-person MentorConnect session—stay tuned for details!
