We are now adding new experienced professionals to join our 2024 Mentorship Program as mentors.

To be a mentor, you should ideally have 5 or more years of experience in your field.

BEC mentors play a critical role in shaping excellence for Black engineers, engineers-in-training, or engineering students, through:

• Sharing expertise and knowledge with mentees

• Guiding and supporting the mentees to achieve their goals

• Contributing to bridging the diversity gap in STEM fields
