About
BEC is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Membership Manager to play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging members.
Type: Volunteer, Part-time (3-5 hours / week)
This is a volunteer position, and all contributions will directly support BEC's mission.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
Engagement and Retention
Strategic Collaboration
Communication and Reporting
Programs and initiatives would include: mentorship, student outreach, jobs and careers, training, entrepreneurship incubation and events.
Qualifications
Seeking candidates who have experience with membership management or a related field. Looking for an individual who has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is flexible, organized and collaborative.
