BEC is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Director to play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging volunteers who share our vision. The Human Resources Director will play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding and engaging volunteers who share our vision. The Human Resources Director will oversee and develop strategies and policies that build a positive, supportive and vibrant volunteer experience and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Type: Volunteer, Part-time (3-5 hours / week)
This is a volunteer position, and all contributions will directly support BEC's mission.

Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources management with a nonprofit or volunteer-driven organization would be an asset. Seeking an individual who is knowledgable about HR principles, practices, and legal requirements with excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
